classes start exactly on time, starting by setting up your stuff and specific warmups for those movements
if u need to tie shoes, change clothes, stretch, do a general warm, or pee then u need to show up early enough to do that before class
your help to santize evrything u touch after class is very appreiated. The red towles are to clean everything. Please do not use the spray on the barbells. I have special stuff for them and I will clean them with it after classes.
You have been on a break, expect some strength loss and almost feel like u are starting over, cause u are. AND THAT IS OK!
classes are very stricly limited to 5. if u sign up and can no longer make it please cancel so others can come in your place or better yet just make sure u come :)
Size is limited to minimze having to share stuff, particularly the bikes/rowers guess I just need to get more :} or just run more
