The challenge:

Using these ingredients make a menu:

 Kale, celery, cucumber 🥒 Apple and pineapple 🍍 ginger for the green smoothie-- Spinach , 🥬 , green beans , zucchini, peppers, Napa cabbage and mushrooms 🍄 asparagus, 1/2 a cauliflower Cherries, peaches and nectarines, apples, blueberries 🫐 Chicken breast and 🍤 Some beef in freezer Greek yogurt Avocados Yams Nuts Nut butters 🧀 cheese

 

Before bed/dessert-

  1. greek yogurt mixed with protein powder. Chilled 

Breakfast

  1. green smoothie add heavy cream/butter or avocado to it

Dinner

  1. grilled chicken sauteed peppers aka fajitas
  2. beef and mushroom and asparagus 

Lunch

  1.  cauliflower base soup and spinach/cabbage salad
  2.  yam base soup and steamed zucchini/G beans 

Snack

  1.  fruit smoothie with cream
  2.  apples in PB

 

*I know there are only 2 meals. That is 2 options, if eating the same thing for 7 days in unreasonable u can switch it up
