Her biggest achievment in the gym is having an overall feeling that she is healthier and stronger. She has been working to improve the pain in her feet from plantar fascitis and is happy to be able to get out of bed with much less pain. Soon to be no pain. Her blood pressure and other health related markers have also improved.
Tina's advice to anyone thinking about the gym would be "Try it out and stay for a month! Hang with us and check out our classes and the individual attention you get from Ryan. You're not going to get this kind of experience anywhere else!"
