I want to inroduce you to the many awesome members of The Grove Fitness
Let me introduce you to Tina. She is also a mom, wife, and teacher.
Tina had tried all the different gyms and rarley ever went or enjoyed herself there. An ad on facebook for a 6 week challenge is what brought her and a few friends to try something new. Little did she know how much of an impact it would have on her.
Now 3 years later going to the gym is part of who she is, part of her daily routine and she enjoys her time there.
Her biggest achievment in the gym is having an overall feeling that she is healthier and stronger. She has been working to improve the pain in her feet from plantar fascitis and is happy to be able to get out of bed with much less pain. Soon to be no pain. Her blood pressure and other health related markers have also improved.
She loves the feeling of lifting over 200 pounds off the ground and gets a real feeling of strength and accomplishment from that. Her strength has been noticed in other areas of her life as well. During a recent trip to a rock climbing gym she was very excited that she felt able and at ease climbing all the way to the top.
Tina says Her favorite thiig about The Grove is,
"The Grove is family! Everyone pushes and pumps me up when I need it the most. Plus, where else can you get a coach like Ryan to call me out when I don't show up or half ass my workout but then knows when I need a break and will totally work with me to adjust the workout and still feel like I accomplished something!"
Tina's advice to anyone thinking about the gym would be "Try it out and stay for a month! Hang with us and check out our classes and the individual attention you get from Ryan. You're not going to get this kind of experience anywhere else!"
