Hi, first I want to express how thankful I am to you, for you. It is thanks to you that I have the pleasure of doing what I love and feeling beneficial to my community. I find an enormous amount of happiness from what I do and I get to do it because of you, Thank you!

 

Ultimately happiness is the goal we all have. There are three areas in life that need to be satisfied in order to feel true happiness. Those are health, wealth, and love. 

 

I think that you would have no issues with the idea that good health is an important aspect of happiness, and is probably the reason we met in the first place. Wealth can be more difficult for some people to admit is important for happiness. However, we can agree the ability to know for sure the check for the mortgage will clear relieves the anxiety that exists otherwise. Not that we all need to be millionaires to be happy, some may, some may only need 10k a year. The amount will change for all. Some is needed. Love is the third thing we need in life to be truly happy. Again the amount varies, the kind varies. The fact we need it remains constant.

 

So, how much of each of those do you need and want? 

 

To what degree? That is what we intend to find out. We will refer to your ultimate desire in each of these as your Ideal. 

 

So we are finding out what your Ideal Health, Ideal wealth, and Ideal love situations would be.

 

In order to do this you need a few minutes of quiet, someplace you can be alone, undisturbed, and in silence. That place may need to be a closet at midnight or sitting out in the car. You just need to be comfortable and alone. 

 

Now that you are alone, close your eyes and imagine. If a genee could grant you three wishes, no restrictions at all, imagine what you would be like in the perfect image of health. What do you look like? How do you feel? What can you do?

 

Do the same with wealth. What kind of life do you lead? Where do you live? What do you do? How free are you to do whatever you want? What would you do everyday?

 

And now with love. How are your relationships? How does it feel to be with someone you love? How do they treat you? How do you treat them? How do you feel when around them? How often do you share intimate time? Or if it is a child how often do you show or receive love through service?

 

Got it? 

Can you imagine what it would be like to obtain those ideals? 

Great! 

(if not go back into the closet and try again) 

With that picture in your head write down on the cards what that ideal is. Explain it enough to yourself so you can imagine it right away. Make it clear and simple we will refer back to these ideals several times. 

 

Now that we know exactly what you want flip the card over cause now we need to plan on how to get it. 

First, what is the midpoint between you now and your ideal? 

If for example under wealth, u want to be debt free and own a home. What would halfway to that be? Write that down in the middle of the back of your card. 

Now divide the halfway point and now again so now we have a step at now, ¼, and ½ the way to your ideals. Add a ¾. If measureable split now and ¼ also. So between now and your ideal you have 10 steps. 

 

Armed with your ideals and the 10 steps to achieve them it is time to create a plan to get to step one. I can help you with that. I can help you build out the ten steps also.
