cauliflower soup

the soup

 

-preheat oven to 350

-remove leaves from head of cauliflower

smash 1/2 cube of butter into all the crevasse of cauliflower

place on pan

halve green bell peppers

place on pan

Bake the pan for 20-30 min until cauliflower is golden brown.

 

-in saucepan melt butter and saute 1 cup mushrooms and 1 onion

add 1/2cup beef stock.

 

-puree browned cauliflower, bell pepper and 1 cup heavy cream

 

-add to mushroom and onions in saucepan

-Add another cup of cream as needed.

 

Eat like this during the day.

Add protein to it for dinner. Bacon or grilled chicken is very yummy. And to mix it up melting cheese in it is delicious.
