Only 44% of small bsiness still operate after 7 years. And we just made it past 7!

Im super grateful! If you are reading this then you have played a role in this accomplishment and I thank you.

2023 we started focusing on very specific groups that have found a difficult time finding a place to workout comfortably.

I have always tried to have a different approach, a better approach, serving groups that get left behind.

And as we move into '24 and beyond we are doubling down on that. I'm going very hard with the neurodivergent and mental health fitness programs. And expecting to expand our offering to the Women's group.

We are very very excited for all the possibilities and to continue to improve the service we provide to you.
