30 single Unders

immediately into;

5 Rounds:
10 Burpee Deadlifts
15 sit up
Little nastier than it seems ;)
BODYWORK
 
50 Rounds for Time:
1 Burpee
1 Air Squat
1 Jumping-Jack
1 Sit-Up
1 Handstand Hold (3sec. hold)


This looks super easy, but it does get spicy after a little bit :)
