The gym can be intimidating enough already. Adding in not feeling comfortable, or not knowing what to do and many wont go at all.....That is why we created our women's only classes

Have a coach teach, and encourage you through each workout. Workouts are different everyday. And professionally designed to get the results you want. All you will need to do is show up.
