Can I share a few recent experiences I had?

First going through a local drive through to get some food fast. An Escalade was broken down in the drive through and was blocking one of the lanes. Driver was obviously upset and embarrassed and trying to contact help to get him out of the situation.

I mean NO ONE likes when their car stops working.

And to have every car stare at you because you are stuck blocking the drive through is extra embarrassing!! When the line moved so I could pull off to the side, I did and was able to push the escalade back out and into the parking lot.

The second happened just yesterday. A young man had run out of gas as he tried driving into the business parking lot of the gym. As his car stalled he tried jumping out and pushing it but the hill is inclined and he couldn't push it or hold it, so it rolled back and out into traffic. Again i was able to run out and push his Accord up the hill and into a parking spot so he could call for a ride to help him get some gas.

The escalade and Accord gave 0 cares about; my age, my sex, my body fat%, or my experince level. They did not adjust their weight for any reason. They weigh what they weigh.

And the only reason I could help is because I was capable. I was strong enough.

Strong people are more useful. Strong people are an addition to their community. Stronger people are more capable.

The stronger version of you is the better version. The happier version. The healthier version. The more useful version.

Get stronger!
